[1/1/08] Happy new year!
The new website is up and running! Hopefully I've caught whatever holes there may be; some pages are still 'coming soon', but I'm just happy to finally have the new design active. Here's to a new year! See the icons in the 2nd header row for what I'm currently involved in.

You'd like to make a donation?

Howdy!
Given my circumstances at the moment, I thought it would be an interesting idea to see what happened if I opened the door for anyone to offer a donation to help the upkeep of all my websites.

This website, thebruce.ca is entirely owned and maintained personally, with no ads, no deals, none of the stuff I myself find annoying when visiting personal websites. :)

I put a lot of work into various parts of thebruce.ca, for things I'm interested in personally, and the site does receive quite a lot of traffic (sometimes surprisingly large). The photo galleries are one of the most active sections, but the Ilovebees and Bard's Tale related sections by far pull the most activity, and are where I've focused most of my energy.

This is not a requirement, just an option if you're one of those who feel they'd like to offer what they can to help financially; the link below is available for that purpose. Keep in mind, this isn't a purchase - I have nothing to give in return, just my heartfelt thanks, and continued desire to keep my sites up to date (which would continue regardless :); this isn't a business or charity - I won't be able to offer tax receipts (though Paypal will send a 'receipt' as a record of your payment - this is not for tax purposes); this is simply an optional show of gratitude, above and beyond what makes me happy as a webmaster :).

I may eventually set up a page to list names or aliases (but nothing personal) of those I wish to thank who have donated in some way, including simple feedback.

The link below will take you to Paypal, and give you the option to make a donation via any supported methods. You should see the email b.yaffy@rogers.com as the destination, so you can be sure it's legitimate.

My gratitude goes with you. If you wish to donate in words, by all means please send me feedback - I would love to hear from you!

Have a grrrrrreat day!
